Andrew Griffith CPA provides monthly bookkeeping services for small businesses that do not need a full-time or in-house bookkeeper. Submission of documents and receipts are normally done digitally via the Client Portal or its App. This allows you to retain control over your paper documents and never have to worry about these documents being lost in the mail. It also provides you with a digital backup of these documents should the originals be lost, damaged, or destroyed.

Bookkeeping services by Andrew Griffith CPA do NOT include compilation of your financial statements, auditing your financial statements, performing other auditing procedures, writing checks for your business, paying your bills, managing your inventory, collecting from your customers, clients, or patients, preparing tax related documents or regulatory reports, and payroll management.

Monthly rates for bookkeeping services start at $200 if using QuickBooks Online^. (All other situations are dependent on the platform involved.) Additional services such as account reconciliation, financial advise, preparation of income tax returns, 1099s, and other tax related documents are available for additional fees, which can be billed monthly with the bookkeeping services or on an as required basis. Discounts on QuickBooks products are available to clients of Andrew Griffith CPA who do not currently use QuickBooks per Intuit's policy that governs these discounts. Please ask Andrew Griffith CPA for more details about the discounts currently available.
